Poor service and information.
Pretty slow customer service... I'll be honest if I hadn't promised the wife an upgrade on her phone we would have left... Like the couple before us
5 hours in the store for what should have taken 45 min.......
I would give a zero if I could. We just signed up for at&t 2 weeks ago and have had nothing but issues. We were told nothing but lies when we signed up. We dealt with a manager directly who told us he was going to do everything he could to make sure we were happy but apparently the only way they can make people happy is by lying. We thought we knew exactly what our charges were going to be until we got our first bill and it is DOUBLE what they said it was going to be. I'm special needs adult , I was there today I will like thank to Nate for his help and I will like to thank Olyvea Elliott for her help too today . They all helpful . I'm very happy both Nate and Olyvea Very helpful and unstained when I was talking to them. . I'm very well pleases how they both very to me. I will be coming back soon. It hate to find customers service that will take time help someone that special needs adult. Thank you for all you help today. �

I'd give 0 stars if I could. I hate att and I'm looking elsewhere. Fees after fees and unwilling to work with you(I was polite and explained I'm on ssi and don't have extra money and was in the hospital for 3 months). Never charged before or had issues. Way to be there for your customers when in need!
