If I could give zero stars I would. Called and asked about iphone 11 256GB and was told they didn’t have any and that I should call the North Charleston store. I asked her if she could check inventory and she said yeah I can. She then tells me if I want the iPhone 11 pro 256GB that I could get that at the same price as the iPhone 11. I asked if she needed my name to hold the phone or place the order and was told no to just come in. AT&T stores are only that Stores! They know nothing that is useful to customer. At least that what the Summerville shop told me. Maybe it has to do with the Virus and have enough business! Sucks at any rate! 0 stars -0 stars
RecommendedTyler is the best salesperson I’ve ever dealt with ever.
We brought a new phone in with an activation issue that couldn’t be solved online or over the phone. The manager, Alex and representative, Zach, were unbelievably helpful and friendly. Despite it being busy, they addressed our problem, had it resolved quickly and made us feel like a priority. We highly recommend this location.
