Not a good experience, saleswoman sold me into a promotion that was not accurate and ended up costing me down the road. When confronted was told to wait out 4 billing cycles, but nothing had changed and by then I was definitely locked in contract and was forced to pay for something that was not promised. Very bad experience, also heard people had the same problem.
Just never seem to have a good experience when I go!
Jerold at this store is great and “his” customer service is great!!! He tried his hardest to fix a billing issue. Unfortunately the customer service over the phone still sucks and hasn’t fixed my problem. Thanks Jerold
Bought new phone. Locked on me second day I bought it. They refused to help me fix it at the store on McArthur. What a useless place to go. I have had att for years and never have I been treated so disrespectful. Apple is going to call me at home and guide me through fixing it. Att could have fixed it for me but said they refuse to do it that it was apples problem. I would never use att again.
Has the worst customer service I've ever witnessed. If Anyone needs to make any complaints the CEO of AT&T name is Randell out of Dallas,Texas the number is on google.
Y'all say use your home internet so you won't use data on your phone..... We'll every mother fucking night att internet goes out around 4 am so there is no fucking way to do that !!!!!!!!! Piss poor service !!!!!
