Went to AT&T store today. We cancelled our service back in October and have been billed for service ever since. We have been able to rectify the the charges online. However, this month they charged us close to $300 and we have not been able to rectify it online due to our account showing as cancelled and no payment information listed. Went to the Torrington store where the associate Tyler was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He kept cutting me off and telling me I needed to stop yelling at him. The store on E Main is a joke. No one is trained & I had to demand a manager three times before the little girl would go get him. Then he couldn't understand why I was upset, since when she didn't know the answer she got him. WRONG! After she gave me what she insisted was the correct answer and I told her it wasn't, I had to demand she get him.
Their customer service at this store is horrendous- the pro tech customer service was good - don't go to store if you have an issue with your phone they really only want to sell you items not deal with issues once you have the phone
I had to exchange my phone due to a Samsung recall, and had the pleasure of working with Samantha on my visit. She went above and beyond what I expected!! She was very patient and thorough with me. When I go back to get my new Note 7, I plan on having her help me again!!! Thank you Samantha!!
I have NEVER seen such a horrible customer service as I have experienced with you guys !!! Switching my insurance from a $575.00 phone to a $9.95 phone, you no longer carry the phone !!! I received a tablet ( which I was ONLY supposed to pay $10.00 a month ) and charged $45.00 !!! I wished there was a way to give you a negative rating but a 1 is the lowest number !!!
I have been with AT&T since 2005 and love their service. I had to deal with customer service and AT&T corporate for two weeks to resolve my problems with this store. I will never go back to this location for my wireless service ever again!
