Stayed here several times and like it very much! Cozy main lobby, campus views and nice restaurants around!
Very nice hotel, great customer service.
They didn’t send a confirmation email. When I called to check if I had a reservation, they said the hotel was booked and didn’t even look up my name. Then they charged me for the room. Now they won’t give the money back and I had to stay down the street for a conference. They gave away the room without calling even though it was booked for two more days. I am livid
Conference food has improved somewhat.
