I have never had a more stressful situation. when I needed assistance I was always diverted to someone who is in Singapore or India. And they were never able to help. The people in the United States were very nice, however I was only able to stay with him for three and a half months because they never fulfilled their end of a contract by giving me the services and quality that I had with Cox cable and Verizon. It cost me over $500 just to get out of my contract. And they didn't care that it was not my fault
