Atsu assisted me in selling my father’s house. Her marketing skills were amazing! She used her excellent staging skills and talented photographer to capture the appeal of the house. I was also impressed with how she crafted the description of the house to really catch potential buyers’ interests. As a result, we received numerous offers in which we were able to choose the best offer out of many. Atsu listened to my needs and was very supportive during the entire process. Atsu is an excellent realtor! She helped me sell my deceased father's condo in Little Tokyo. She is very passionate, detail-oriented and experienced. One thing she did above and beyond the call of duty was to do some moderate staging of the unit, with her own furniture, that really helped accentuate the place. Atsu helped me and my fiancé find and buy our house, and she was fantastic! She was very patient with us in this crazy current housing market when finding a house is very difficult. She was very thorough and negotiated a great price for the house in the end. She is very responsive and answered all questions that we had (we had many) and helped us through the entire process.
