ATS was the vendor used thru AAA, their driver, sorry I didn't his name, was on time for the estimated time given, he was very professional and courtious, my teenage son had put his car in a ditch, the driver did a great job of calming down my son and reminding him it wasn't the worst thing he could do, got the car out of mud without harming it.

We've been customers for years, and are happy to keep our 10+ year old vehicles going strong. The owner, Andrew, is very knowledgeable and just plain good people. We were happy to learn that they also offer towing services, and always appreciate the AAA repair discount. Great repair and maintenance place that always makes it right!

Steven was great to work with. My battery died, he got me right in. Very friendly and responsible priced.
Was in a jam with a flat tire and a driver helped me out while working the graveyard shift. One of the nicest guys I've ever met. He helped me and kept in contact so I could run to the shop on my lunch break a couple days later. They handled everything. Put the wheel and tire back on and put everything away in my van. Collected my luggage at the airport in Cedar Rapids and walked to one of the last rows in long term parking on a very hot day, to find my car wouldn't start. ATS responded promptly and extremely professional. Sorry I do not remember his name. He was very kind and I was on my way in no time. I was impressed and definitely would call ATS again!
