I had a deeply disappointing experience at this dental clinic. It was clear from the moment I walked in that their focus is more on business profitability than on patient care or well-being. Instead of receiving thoughtful advice and compassionate treatment, I felt like just another number on their schedule. Would not recommend. This is easily the least professional medical office I've ever worked with. When I first went in, I told them I prefer minimal X-rays, they said fine but then did way more X-rays than I have ever had at any other office (something like 17 if I remember correctly) without telling me what they were doing. I recently visited Atrium Modern Dental and was left feeling scammed and deeply disappointed. Initially, everything seemed fine, but my concerns started to grow once I was seated in the dental chair. As a nurse, I quickly noticed that the area did not appear sterile. There were numerous exposed water and electrical pipes, and much of the equipment looked outdated and overused. Dr. Hong and Cynthia are so awesome! I moved to Dallas recently and I'm so glad I chose to come here for my dental cleaning. The whole process from check in, x ray, exams, cleaning, and check out ran smoothly.
Dr. Hong and her staff are AWESOME! They are very accommodating, communicative and the dental work is top notch. Dr. Hong is so gentle, and that counts for a lot in dentistry. It’s always a pleasure going in (another feat that is hard to top). Thanks to you all! 🙏
