Took months to get back to me on how much a deep clean would be AFTER having an appointment for a cleaning (where I was told I’d need a deep cleaning (which is fine))! Now I’m going to a new dentists (because again they took forever to get back to me!!) and every time I call no one answers and the voicemail you can’t even understand what’s being said. I had a deeply disappointing experience at this dental clinic. It was clear from the moment I walked in that their focus is more on business profitability than on patient care or well-being. Instead of receiving thoughtful advice and compassionate treatment, I felt like just another number on their schedule. Would not recommend. This is easily the least professional medical office I've ever worked with. When I first went in, I told them I prefer minimal X-rays, they said fine but then did way more X-rays than I have ever had at any other office (something like 17 if I remember correctly) without telling me what they were doing. I recently visited Atrium Modern Dental and was left feeling scammed and deeply disappointed. Initially, everything seemed fine, but my concerns started to grow once I was seated in the dental chair. As a nurse, I quickly noticed that the area did not appear sterile. There were numerous exposed water and electrical pipes, and much of the equipment looked outdated and overused.
