Absolutely dislike the almost $50 a month utility fee on top of high rent for a one bedroom. I already pay for local utilities per month. Then they are always turning off water every other day. They should have invested in extermination per month. I'm paying for that too having to spray out pests every day. Awful!!

📣Do NOT rent from Atrium Management Company❗️They are not concerned about tenants and will grossly overcharge you at move out. I was charged $2k in expenses for a home I rented for only 7 months. See photos I took upon move out. They charged me for the repainting of the entire living, kitchen, dining, and hallway on this vaulted ceiling home. They had it professionally cleaned unnecessarily at my expense. When I asked for invoices and photos I was sent photos of mostly dusty vents and scuff marks on the wall. I hope homeown... read more

They do not care at all about the tenants or the maintenance problems. We were told of problems getting fixed before we moved in, there's only 3 months left of our lease and no one has even tried to fix it. On top of multiple locations of their apartments have black mold problems which I and others Ive known have experienced. Over priced apartments everywhere for them being as shitty and dirty as they are.

My wife and I have lived in the DELANEY GARDEN APARTMENTS in orlando for 4 years...we love the location and now have Atrium as the management company.They have made it even better by the way they handle renters requests for all kinds of things, They keep the complex in great condition..We hope to be here for many more years. I rented in the east Central Park neighborhood from Atrium in late 2020 through 2021. I've rented all over the states and this company is easily the most predatory I've encountered. We were forced to call the police on our neighbors multiple times and had detectives visit our home regarding on-going criminal activity next door. Atrium provided 0 support for our family and used the opportunity to make a buck off our situation. Very unprofessional. I was on my way to the property and 25 minutes before the viewing received an automated text saying it’s canceled. They could not even call me themselves and apologize and reschedule. I will never use this company. I prefer contact with a human being not an automated service. Go somewhere else.

Just was very unprofessional. Everything is with automated service here. You don’t actually speak to a person. Less than 30 minutes before my viewing I received an automated text stating my appointment was canceled to view the property. You’ve lost my business.

2 out of 5 stars. A star removed for every inconvenience presented within the first 10 days of leasing this property. 1 star removed for not leaving the keys in a lock box as promised or double checking the keypad functioned properly. At 6pm we waited while it was raining for an hour for someone to show up with the keys. In that time local law enforcement was dispatched in case we were loitering.
