We visited yesterday when my 3yo ran a fever of nearly 104, and was later diagnosed with the flu. They were so great with him, even during the uncomfortable nose swab they made him feel like a champ! Hopefully, we won't be in need of urgent care services anytime soon, but if so, I'd gladly make the drive to come back to Triad Urgent Care.
I got help with a cyst on my tailbone and was helped from beginning to end. The staff was completely professional and caring, especially during this tough procedure. The facility was also clean and welcoming with cold complimentary bottled water. Definitely recommend this location for urgent care.
Been there only twice both times was exceptional the staff is friendly professional and prompt will be the only place I go for treatment hoping to make them my primary doctors soon keep up the good work and il keep coming back but hopefully not much cause I hate being sick lol
While visiting family in Greensboro, I experienced a significant change in my already 'sore' knee. Walking was painful, daily activities were compromised. I went to Triad Urgent Care seeking some relief to get me through. Staff was friendly and efficient, I was in and out quickly, and Maggie took care of my immediate needs to get me through vacation! I had had a severe sore throat for about two weeks when I came in. All they did was give me a strep test and send me home when it came back negative. Maybe that's all they could have done, though. I am not a doctor. Biggest downside is that they do not offer online payment. I had to actually write down my debit card number on a piece of paper and send it through the mail to pay... Please bring your business into the 21st century.

While fighting the flu, I developed a very bad sore throat. I took a strep throat test twice and both times came back negative. I was in the verge of tears with the pain in my throat. I went to Triad Urgent Care and the staff there is awesome! The doctor gave me shot of steroid and prescription ibuprofen. She really took time to understand what I was going through.
