Multiple time patient, left disappointed in quality of service every time. Last week Tamra Cheek couldn't figure out why I was wheezing, coughing, with heavy nasal drainage. Didn't receive a strep test, or really any serious attention. Was essentially rushed out and told I was fine because I didn't have a fever. This visit did nothing to help with any of my symptoms and I am still sick. Not a friendly place.
I have visited triad urgent care a couple of times because it is convenient for me. The staff is very kind and professional! I have been a RN for over 35 years and in my opinion they are top notch providers! Thank you for caring so much about your patients!
One week ago I had the misfortune of getting bitten by noseeum bugs multiple times on my feet, ankles and legs. I tried to get appt with my regular doc but nothing available. The itching, burning and swelling were horrible so I decided to go to the closest Urgent Care- being from Browns Summit, even that was a drive in but still closest to me. Very pleased with our visit. Staff and the lady Doctor was very informative and helpful reasonable pricing. Nice waiting area for children. Did not have to wait long at all was seen quickly!
they were great! clean, nice! i came in toward the end of the day and they were still super sweet.

As odd as this sounds, I have never had a better experience at an urgent care. They had the friendliest staff and it was the fastest I have ever been in and out.
Thank God for Triad Urgent Care was having pain in knee bone they fix me right up I am walking with no stress everyone was so nice
