Staff is great! Very friendly and professional. It's always neat and clean. I've never had to wait too long fm to be called back. My PT (Brad) is also great. Very patient and knowledgeable.
My 7 year old daughter did not see a Doc at this facility but this was the closest to our house for PT. We came in after knee surgery and I had to carry her in the door. From the moment we met Marissa Cain, DTP she has been exceptional. She basically taught her how to stand, walk, run and jump again. We cannot say enough good things about her. Even my 7 year old loves to come see her. She is fantastic!!!!
We came here with my son’s broken arm, and possible ankle sprain. There were no other patients there. However, as is typical at Atrium, we were offered no care whatsoever. Instead, they refused to help us and sent us to the emergency room. At this point, we’ve been sitting waiting to be helped at the emergency room for 5 hours!!! Every single doctor and nurse we have spoken to is shocked that orthopedics sent us away. But apparently orthopedics just didn’t want to work tonight since there was literally no one else there.
