The reason why I only give 3 stars is due to PICU. I loved the nursing staff in PICU, they made me feel so comfortable when I was with my son, and when I called to speak about how he was during the night. If it wasn't for PICU I would of lost my son. But the 8th floor, I don't know where to begin, they have some terrible attitudes when calling for your child or even seeing them.
