It was a long wait, but the NP was very nice and helpful. It was better than a thru to the emergency room.

Terrible service. Never called in the correct prescription so it was a total waste of 2.5 hours in the waiting room.
So unorganized. Stayed for 5 hours and they misdiagnosed my daughter. The next night I took her to Cleveland and they had to give my baby an IV because Rutherford sent her home before maintaining her 105 temp.. never coming back to the crazy house again.
Could be more considerent to the ppl that are legit pain and need pain meds instead of categorizing us as part of those that's just come up there to for their addiction!!
