I develop a lot of tension & anxiety when going to the Dentist for my appointment. However, my visit with DOC has been very good! I still tense up and get a little shaky while in the chair, but I know that they are doing everything they can to make my visit as comfortable for me as they can. Thank you DOC

I love this practice. I've been a patient at Mint Hill Dentistry for about 12 years and have never, ever thought about going anywhere else. I now live 3 1/2 hours away, and I still make the trip to see Dr. Roupas and his amazing team! In addition to all the warm fuzzies they all so deserve, competence, professionalism, courtesy, state of the art all describe this practice. You'd be a fool to go anywhere else.

I’m very pleased with my first visit. I had not had dental work in over a decade. My hygienist took it in stride, discussed options to get my dental health back in shape, and then spent a whole ton of time with my cleaning. The office felt safe and clean and the staff knew who I was without me telling them. A nice touch.

Today was my first visit. Based on today, they are all wonderful. Very kind and friendly, everyone in the office. The dentist and assistant, were very gentle and nice. They both explained everything very clearly and answered all my questions. I would definately recommend them to others.

My experience with the DOC was outstanding, It started upon entry with requirements concerning the safety guidelines. I was greeted with a smile, didn't have to wait long, and the Dental Assistant (Ashley) was very professional during my exam. Was provided thorough info by the Dentist of my exam. Upon departure I again was greeted with a smile.

Thanks for the excellent response to my recent tooth issue. I called in late Thursday explaining my problem and was told they could fit me in early the following morning with Dr. Sullivan. The procedure went very well and I was impressed how well they all worked together to make it a comfortable situation.
