Ii have been a patient of DOC for approx 11 years. The treatment I have received has been excellent. The work is done to my satisfaction., The work is handled is a very meticulous manner. Service was done in a professional manner. I was informed of each procedure as is was being done. I also give praise to the office staff.
As always, the whole Team is Professional, Friendly and Caring!! You can always feel comfortable here all areas are very clean and it makes for a welcoming experience. I highly recommend!!
Changing dentists is a tense situation when you are moving from one that you consider the best you have ever had, but the difference in costs of using a participating versus non-participating dentist prompted my move. I find the office of Karin Cabana to be extremely helpful, professional, and friendly, both office staff and technicians. Never more than 5-10 minutes wait time if that. Very good dentist staff are very nice and so is the Doctor if your tooth needs to be puulled he waits for the numbing medicne to work,
From the moment I walked in to the moment I left it was an excellent experience very professional, respectful, polite, very educated, and very family orientated make me feel as I was speaking to a family member. I had never been there before, called with and emergency and they got me in the next day! Everyone was friendly and Dr. Rains was awesome! I’m excited to have found my new dentist!
I had a wonderful first visit. The staff was cheerful, knowledgeable and patient. The facility was modern, clean & relaxing. My dental technician Katie was fun and I look forward to our next encounter. Dr. Cabana was great! She explained dental healthcare in detail, including procedures, cost, etc. Dr. Cabana was also entertaining, if she reads this review she may remember what we laughed about ; )
