I was very pleased. The office staff was out standing. The Dentist was very detailed on what I needed. Looking forward to my next visit.
I have very sensitive teeth... I have been going to this location for over 7 years now... Everyone in this location is amazing & very nice...from the receptionists to the dental hygienist to the dentists, they are all great & do their jobs perfectly! They take the time to listen to my concerns & answering all questions I have had... And best part now is they now do alot more, including crowns & such! I no longer need to go to an oral specialist! This was my first appointment with Dentistry of the Carolinas - University. I have high expectations when it comes to customer service. People don’t think about customer service in a doctors office or dental office but I do it’s number one for me. When I call the office with a question, I can always reach someone and they are patient and kind. If I have questions about a procedure or the cost, they help me to understand what is done and the cost.
Everyone at DOC is great. I have been coming to them for several years and the service couldn’t be better! Will recommend them to everyone I know.
