When you hear someone say I am afraid to go the dentist, they have never been to my dentist. My dentist hygienist, Robin is amazing. She is so gentle and caring. My Dentist Dr. Cabana puts the super in superb. She actually takes time to talk to you, she is present with you, as she patiently explains your care plan. So grateful my brother recommended DOC-University, now I recommend them to my friends.
flew into Charlotte on April 2. broke tooth on flight down from NY. the office saw me first thing Monday morning and xrayed and treated the tooth. wonderful care!!
I always have a pleasant time when visiting with this dental office. Their staff is super nice especially Racquel at the front desk. Robin, my dental hygienist is professional, fun, and good at what she does! She gets me in and out while getting the job done! I actually look forward to my cleanings! 😀
The staff here always do an amazing job cleaning and caring for my teeth. They are very pleasant, friendly, and professional. Also, I appreciate how they have me in and out very quickly. However I do have one area of improvement … the office is in need of a makeover….or at the very least, a deep cleaning.
I have severe debilitating anxiety and they made me feel at home with absolutely 0 judgement. Very nice people I will always feel comfortable going there now! Which is an absolute first for me with any dentist. Ive had some horrific experiences and have had my teeth reconstructed 2 times each office Not great bed side manner. This office though so so good! I had another good visit with Dr, Cabana and her team. Robin gave me an awesome cleaning. This visit included x-rays. Robin and Dr. Cabana both updated me on the future needs. Nice office and nice people!
As a new patient I was very impressed and pleased with my dental care and the ease of business details from all the staff. It’s a nice bright office, everyone is friendly and eager to address any questions or concerns. It was definitely a good experience and I would recommend this dental practice to anyone.
I have been a client of DOC for over 8 years now. The staff are professional, courteous and approachable. If you are getting any procedure done, it is explained in detail, you feel very comfortable, and there are no surprises. I always enjoy my visits to DOC University!
