I was in pain for 4 and half hours setting in the waiting room from 1-10 my pain was 9.5 when I did get seen they didn't give me anything for it so we went home still feeling the same way when I got there my sis gave me something and 6 hours later I was feeling 45 per sent better so next time witch I hope it will never be I'm going somewhere else
Total chaos combined with people not knowing what they were doing caused us to seek other alternatives. I am truly afraid if this is what healthcare has become.
My ER visit on 12/4/2016 couldn't have been any better.. Check in and wait time was very expedient, the staff was very friendly and efficient. The nurse I had was awesome and very attentive and The nurse practitioner that saw me had a great beside manner, patient and thorough. I was very satisfied with my overall experience.
Great visit for my dad! Every one was nice and didn't leave us wondering for hours like we are used to! Great staff!
