Dealing with the last days of my sister's life. Our nurses Amanda, Rhonda, CNA'S Brent, Meghan, and Jacob are great people trying to help us and keep my sister comfortable. We could not have asked for better people. The facility it's self not a good place to sit with more than one staying the night. The elevator are dated and broken down during the days. The lights went out and it felt like it dropped 2 feet when getting to the floor.

I love this group ! So supporting ! I’m on a new journey to lose weight and they have been so encouraging and helping! 16 pounds down and pushing harder and harder everyday! Daniel harkey is great ! ���� i love the start it Stanly run group & the hike it group !!!

Dr. Murphy took great care of my Mom in the ED. All the staff treated us very well. They were out of rooms so she was transferred to CMC Union. Great care here so far.

Terrible customer service. Lost the community feel and they are all about the $$$. Unless I am dying, don't take me there. And if I am dying, get me out to the parking lot before they try to charge extra for taking a last breath. Lots of dedicated professionals at this faclility, but when I have the choice in the future, it will be Novant Health for me and my family.
