My Kids doctor is great the nurses are nice the wait time is AWFUL even if you are on time and early. Calling to make an appointment is AWFUL thats an automatic 45min plus. Some of the other check in/out staff are extremely rude for no reason at all. Probably will be looking for another office I've given too many chances to this place since 2009
I have been going there since 2013 and it was a wonderful experience. But today this Bitch kept asking if I was married legally (3) times I am Like look stop it ok other wise you see me in a different way .. I know she's doing her job to ask for verification but not three times.��
The Nurses and Doctors really care about their patients. They try to treat everyone special but alot of the wait is caused when one person has more problems and they are trying to take care of all the problems then it makes the others run behind. The other thing is when patients show up late and they agree to still see them it causes everyone to run behind. Trying different things to correct this but change does take time. Always know when you make an appointment.. it will always be at least 45+ mins. So if you need an appointment at 3pm... call them for 2pm.
