I have always had such incredible experiences with any atrium provider I’ve been to but the experience I encountered yesterday I feel needs to be shared. I took my 21 month old to children’s urgent care in blakeney. I chose this urgent care after a call to find they had the shortest wait time. Upon arrival I walked into a completely empty waiting area. RecommendedI’m appreciative to have such an amazing provider so close to our home. The online check-in really streamlines the process and cuts down on the wait time there. My only suggestion would to offer a frequent flier program for those of us who frequent this establishment often 🙄 Sutures, albuterol treatments, prescriptions for antibiotics- they do it all with exceptional service. We just had the best experience here. Everyone we dealt with was wonderful with my 5 year old from the time we walked in the door. We were in and out in 40 minutes, including x-rays. Great service!
The staff here is fantastic! My 4 year old broke her forearm today, they got her in late at night, took her right back and had her taken care of in no time! I was so impressed and grateful for the wonderful people here!
My daughter and I just left this location and I cannot tell you how great this urgent care is. They were prompt in getting my daughter back who turned out to have strep throat. But the biggest thing I would like to highlight is that the doctor noticed it was pouring down rain and she, herself, walked us out to our car under an umbrella while getting wet herself. I brought my son here with a large laceration in his eyebrow. There was not a doctor on staff. The nurse practitioner assured me that she took care of this type of situation many times before. She used glue in his eyebrow and did a terrible job. It was glued open. We immediately left there and went to the emergency room. The emergency room doctor told me I never use dermabond in the eyebrow. It has bled several times after the dermabond. I can only imagine how bad it will scar.
We have always received first class service with Blakeney Children's Urgent Care!! I have taken both of our boys many times for illness and injury over the past 4 years and they are always accommodating and professional! More convenient than our primary care physician and able to refer to her if needed. Thanks for taking care of the Kraft boys!
