The experience was great from the moment I walked into the office to the time I left the office. Everyone was polite and swift. My dental hygienist did a great job and I felt little discomfort when she was cleaning my teeth. My dentist was very informative and made sure I knew what my next steps were to keep my teeth healthy and clean. I am no longer anxious about my next appointments
After 20 years with my old dentist, I had to change due to my insurance plan. Pleasantly surprised at the folks at this office. No pressure. At my age, always a “to do” list, but we are only watching. I appreciate that. Friendly associates.
Very impressed with my first visit. Everyone ai had contact with was welcoming and there was hardly any wait time. Service was thorough and not rushed. I was able to ask questions and received answers. My well being was foremost in the minds of both Katie, my dental hygienist and Dr. Cabana. I definitely recommend this office to everyone.

I relocated to Charlotte almost 4 years ago and Katie at D.O.C university branch has been my DH. Katie and Dr Cabana takes great care of me and my teeth. I used to LOATH cleanings until now… it’s weird to say but i almost look forward to them! Great team of ladies! Very thorough and super sweet!
