I always have a thorough cleaning and checkup from Andrea. She and the dentists are strong on giving advice on preventive care.
Dr. King is a rock star. I hate having fillings, but, she's so good with the needle I hardly noticed it, and so quick with the two fillings.
I went in for a crown, which I had never had done before, and replacement of a large filling. Honestly, the worst part of the entire experience was the kidney punch I received from the overzealous massage chair in the "relaxation room" during a break. I didn't have my glasses on so I think I may have mistakenly hit the "I like it rough" button : ). Heidi was wonderful. I suffered a tremendous family tragedy and was very emotional. She was extremely compassionate and caring.
Heidi was exceptional as both a fine technician and great communicator. She gave me good advice and healing/preventive tools to solve an issue with a gum pocket. Everyone from the receptionist to exit agent were friendly and professional. The equipment and facility is state of the art. The dentist, Dr. King, seemed rushed, so I found myself asking Heidi questions that normally I would ask a dentist, but Heidi answered them technically and proficiently.

I'm going to be honest---your prices are getting too high and may have to change to another dental office. I really like the personnel at the Center and would hate to leave ..
