Friendly, pleasant staff. Although not the most important thing you look for in a dentist, it is reassuring. The dentist himself is calm, compassionate, and explains everything to you all during the procedure. My tooth was out, literally, before I knew it. After 35 years with the same dentist, we had to find a new one, Dr Shin gets our vote and our teeth. If you're searching for a dentist, definitely give this one a try.

A member of my Extended Family was visiting here in Columbia and had a Dental Emergency. Dr Dover and her Staff immediately arose to the challenge of working her into their schedule and worked overtime to correct the problems. However they were not able to complete all that needed to be done that afternoon. Dr. DOVER was scheduled to be off the following day, but came in early the next morning and completed the needed procedures. That's what I call Compassionate Care!! Vern Brantley

I had an appointment this week with Dr. Knowlton and she and her assistant were very good with me. They were patient and kind and caring. The procedure took longer than expected and there were some bumps along with the way but they took excellent care of me throughout the entire appointment.
