As a new patient, I cannot say enough nice things about Newburgh Family Dentistry, the extraordinary staff and Dr. Shea. The surroundings are conducive to relaxation, washing away any "white coat anxiety" almost immediately. The entire staff is so warm, helpful and professional. Highly recommend...very highly.
Hadn’t been to get a cleaning in 2+ years, because life. I have some anxiety that pops up in medical settings, and usually need some type of numbing when even just getting a cleaning. But Kayla was amazing and talked me through the whole process. Between her and adorable Etta the therapy dog, I got through the whole process without pain or stressing out. Saw Dr Dover at the end, and she was her excellent self.
Forest Drive Dental Care's office is spacious and lovely, and their staff is friendly and professional. Etta the therapy dog met me at the door (she is so sweet), and I didn't wait long before Kayla, the hygienist, called me into a room to have my checkup. It only took an hour from start to finish for everything to be done, including the doctor's look-see and paying the bill. Dr. Dover was available to say hello before I left - it's a wonderful dental practice.
I had my cleaning with Paula. She is absolutely wonderful. She does a great job. My check up with Dr. Falcone. I am just sorry that I did not find your office sooner. Great staff!! Best experience I have ever had going to the dentist. Would highly recommend this office.
It's a rare and wonderful thing to look forward to a dental hygiene appointment, but with Kristin as my hygienist, I am never disappointed. I leave feeling cared for, and with extra clean teeth! The new (ish) dentists to the practice, Drs. Falcone and Zapata, are both extremely personable and professional. While I don't yet know them as well as I know Dr. Rothenberg, I feel very comfortable knowing that they'll be around longer than I will.
