RecommendedAlmost every worker today acknowledged mom and made her feel so good (she is in life guidance). After our lunch we went to the grill and they made us the best chocolate milkshake I have ever had. Then, as we were leaving, they gave us onion rings to go!!!! It was a great day and I am so full of food and also full of the love from the staff!

I feel the desire to info you of a positive experience I witnessed this morning in the lobby between a employee (Margert) and a resident gentelmen, at the front desk. He was expressing his concerns to her on a topic. The manar she carried her self, and engaged with him, was very warm and impressive to watch. She kept his dignaty intack the whole time. My father has been there two weeks, and the staff and residents have been so nice, welcoming, friendly, inclusive. The food is wonderful with such a nice variety, and the dining service is great--helpful, friendly. My father was very resistant to this step, but it has been a positive experience for him. It's a welcoming environment with staff and residents who show they care and aim to grant each request to make it a good day for each resident. Grateful. �
