Great experience and professional service
Dr. Attar and her staff were very friendly and very helpful. Took the time to answer any and all questions during my appointment.
Dr. Attar was very attentive to a few of my concerns I had regarding my vision.When she found an abnormality in my right eye during my exam, she explained the reason and suggested I return for a recheck in six months instead of the usual one year. She is also very nice and caring.
There are two lenscrafters at the shops in Mission Viejo. I went to the larger of the two stores for my appt and found that there is another inside Macy’s. I walked there and I was 4 min late. By that time the Atousa Attar, OD cancelled my appt and took a walk in. I am a physician and I understand that patient’s can sometimes run late and I always accommodate those who have a good reason.
