Really disappointed that leasing would not work with me to be able to stay. I’ve been here for 11 months renting a 2bed. I pay 2500$+. They increased my rent to 2700$ I had a change in jobs and can’t afford to stay in my apartment. I wanted to downsize to 1bed but they could only offer me one almost 2400$. It’s disheartening because I’ve been a respectful tenant, felt a sense of community, loved the neighbors, even tipped the maintenance workers, but they did not even try to work with me on staying. “It’s business” right???
I miss this property everyday! It’s so beautiful and they have an amazing team! Shout out to Danielle!
They have an amazing leasing office team and maintenance staff. Always have community events and appreciation events. Great amenities and an overall wonderful place to live! Highly recommend if looking to move.
