We started going to Atlas Vet two years ago. Initially we were happy with the service and hoped that we had found our long term care provider. Unfortunately we soon learned that Atlas wont process even simple prescription refills without requiring costly repeat cultures and exams. When we tried to discuss this with the Vet we learned that it was impossible to actually speak with the Vet and could only pass messages back and forth via the front desk staff (who is wonderful but not able to discuss prescriptions or medical care... read more
