Went to three appointments and all seemed to be going well, then we basically were “ghosted.” No one answered the phone when I would call, no one actively tried to help set up appointments that would work with our schedules. We just wanted help and they clearly weren’t interested in giving it. If you’re looking for a therapist that is willing to help you, don’t look here.
Easily one of the worst experiences of my extensive history with severe mental health issues!!! Don't go here if you don't absolutely have to.... Was told I could call in a crisis, and when I did, I was promptly treated with disdain and an extremely condescending tone took the entire conversation. I have been disabled most of my life and it isn't often I run into such blatant unprofessional behavior.

Hire someone at the front to SET APPOINTMENTS AND ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!!!!!! I am tired of the phone tag and EVERYTIME I call I have to leave a voicemail. No one has ever answered and I’ve been going here for 2 years in October. It’s a back and forth game that I am sick of!!! So since I can’t comment under the owners reply.
