We had an unfortunate situation where water from a sink leaked and resulted in damaging most of the floors downstairs & some flooring upstairs. It could not have happened at a worse time, as we were preparing for our daughter's graduation party, at our house. Long story short, we went to Atlas Flooring on 1604 and Angela Cox was our salesperson. A+ for Atlas! Outstanding personnel were very pleasant to work with. Financing, communication and coordination were excellent. Fair price for a flawless installation of a quality product. Timely and orderly schedule was not disruptive in any way. Installation team left their work area very clean. No damage to anything on our property.
Atlas floors did a great job repairing my upstairs bathroom squeaky floor and replacing the tile. It would be nice if they arranged to reinstall the toilet. Instead, I had to make that arrangement which complicated the job.
We would like to thank Rodney at Atlas Floors, Loop 1604, he was very informative and let us make our own choice. He did a great layout to minimize seams and we bought only what we needed. The installation crew of Gilbert and Larry moved all our furniture (other companies will charge extra) and they did an expert installation on 3 rooms. Thank you Atlas Floors.
Atlas Floors did an amazing job with our new carpet. We worked with Rodney, and he went way above and beyond to help us find the highest quality carpet within our price range, as well as even making trips to our house on his days off to help us find the right carpet. He also worked hard to get the installers in in a timely manner. Definitely recommend Atlas Floors, and definitely ask for Rodney when you go in!
