****, owner of the company, came to my house to assess my roof. I had been told by other companies that I needed a new roof. Of note is that I have had no leaks noted due to my main roof. The reason I was having roofers out was to assess a leak on the first floor of my 2-story house that appears to be due to a faulty apron roof on the lower side of the house. **** assessed my entire roof and determined that I did not need a new roof at this time.
