My husband and I moved here in March and so far it’s been a really great place to live. There’s only 2 issues we’ve had which I feel the need to disclose in hopes that at least one of them can get fixed - the thin walls (which I know probably can’t be changed) and the parking situation. The first couple of months, we could hear every single step our upstairs neighbor took which led to many sleepless nights. I was hired to do permanent jewelry at a few of the resident parties and they have been so much fun!! The complex is sooo nice, the entire staff is amazing, and the residents all seem to genuinely have so much fun at these events. Thank you so much Atlas Eastside, who knows maybe I’ll head over there when my lease is up🤷♀️
HIRE A TRASH COMPANY. This is the only apartment I’ve ever lived at that doesn’t allow residents to throw away their trash in the dumpsters outside!!! It’s actually NASTY that they store these LARGE dumpsters INSIDE THE APARTMENT in a large room with NO VENTILATION on the first floor to prevent people from using them. LARGE DUMPSTERS SHOULD ALWAYS remain OUTSIDE!! residents still resort to leaving trash in trash rooms on every floor for days when valet trash is closed and they lock the chutes. I moved in three weeks ago, and I love Atlas! The staff, especially Larissa, is so kind and always says hi in the halls. I've attended two community events, and everyone has been incredibly welcoming — I've already made friends with some of the other residents. No place is perfect, but this one comes pretty close.
