This is by far the worst place I’ve lived in 15 years. Terrible staff with attitude all the time. Elevator is always broken or on maintenance, trash room is nasty and always locked. They will find every reason to not give your deposit back!!!
Everything's broken. Never lived in such cheaply builg new apartment. Gates and digital scan entrance is a big joke. You see people stuck there all the time. Parking lot is super limited because they charge for at least 60% of their parkings. If you don't want to pay. Prepare walk half mile for it everyday. Flys in the hallway everywhere.
If you're considering moving to Atlas Eastside, I recommend you take that leap! The location alone is a huge win — perfectly situated with quick access to downtown Austin, major highways, local coffee shops, food trucks, and some of the best spots the city has to offer. So happy to call Atlas Eastside my home! The leasing agents are so attentive, sweet, and work very hard to create a sense of community here. I’ve never lived anywhere with this many events every month and they consider pets and the residents in these events. I bring my friends and family over and they’re always so impressed by the amenities and culture here!
