Larissa ia great, and I trust her judgment on the recent new hires. Been here 11 months. I consider the below remarks to be fair. -Gate system needs to change, the sticker system works for me 2/10 times. -The ramp to access the pool entrance is poorly designed, have to go around the corner if youre dragging carts or a wheelchair. -Regarding the smell and poop around the complex, this is 100% the residents, if yall read this, pick up after your pet!!! Management blocked me because I was posting the truth about what it’s really like to live here, but you can’t block every platform, babes. Claude will find a way. Always. Funny how the management can’t fix half the things they promise, but they can find time to hit the “block” button faster than they respond to maintenance requests. TLDR; some issues at the beginning. All resolved. Creative problem solving. Improved management. Love living here - review after 11 months. I wanted to wait until close to my lease renewal before leaving a review so I could give a fair, long-term perspective. At the beginning, there were a few issues — mainly with security (doors and gates occasionally broken and left open), unreliable internet, and some dog waste around entryways smelling.
