Loved the amenities and modern apartments! Great location wise. Sofia was amazing helping answer all of our questions.
Very nice apartments with beautiful amenities. Sofia, one of the leasing agents, was beyond helpful and kind. It made our apartment hunting enjoyable. If you go definitely ask for Sofia.
PEOPLE STEAL HERE! Early June 2026 there was a huge bike theft incident where 4-6 bikes were stolen from a “secure” bike room only accessible with key fobs. It’s kinda obvious that this was orchestrated by someone with access to the room. Or that knew about the low security efforts…..There are no cameras outside or inside the room making it pretty useless. Do NOT leave your bike - specially if it’s a mountain bike or expensive bike. I moved in about 3 months ago and I LOVE living here. Nowhere is perfect, but the staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Larissa and Taelyn are always around whenever I need assistance or have a question. I love the market downstairs and am really looking forward to the new dog wash station. The community here is so welcoming. I've made multiple friends that I hang out with weekly, and resident events like movie night at the pool are always a blast. The rent is affordable, and the location is super convenient to downtown!
DO NOT MOVE HERE !!! There’s been occasional theft in the property. although its admin acknowledges this instance of insecurity to its residents, keeps faltering on adding more ways to keep your property or valuable items safe. What can you expect, possible break-ins to your vehicle, unknown guests to gain access to residents only areas like the gym, bike room and pool/ guest house.
