Great tour. Beautiful property with amazing staff
I’ve lived here for a while, and I have to say things have improved a lot recently. In the past, communication and maintenance weren’t the best, but ever since Larissa took over, there’s been a noticeable positive change. She’s responsive, organized, and genuinely seems to care about the community. The property looks better, issues get addressed more quickly, and overall it feels like management is more attentive than it used to be. Deleted an older bad review and updating after 9 months of living here.... Larissa is the newer property manager and I see her actually trying to fix things and accommodate residents. I've had constant issues with my neighbor upstairs who is noisy 24/7 and the office even asked them to mind their noise even during the day time, which I appreciated. I think Larissa has been here since I've lived here but was more in the background, I cant remember however, I dont see any of the older employees anymore which has been great. Wh... read more
