We had a great experience with Chris at Atlas Chimney. We moved in to this house a couple years ago, but given the sheer number of other things that either broke or were already bad but missed during the home inspection, I'd been hesitant to use the fireplace until getting it properly inspected and cleaned by someone who specializes in such things. Necessary service and fair price. Chris was a professional, great personality, and was prompt and courteous. No mess left behind, and piece of mind now moving forward into fireplace season. Some may scoff at the price but I feel it is fair for piece of mind and safety. Will use him again next year.
I call on Saturday thinking I would need to come back to Burnet to meet Chris at a later date. He surprised me by saying he could come out later in the day. Chris arrived and looked at the inside and outside of the fireplace. He diagnosed one of the problems which saved us $650. He reattached the cable and cleaned the inside of the fireplace. I would recommend Chris for all of your firplace issues.
We were very pleased with the work Atlas did Chris was a stand-up, personable guy! His price was fair - better than others I found. He came highly recommended - for a reason. They dis a great job!
Chris was very courteous, timely, and professional. I called on a Sunday evening and he called me back within a few minutes. I thought for sure I wouldn't hear back til Monday. We needed a new chimney cap which flew off in a storm. He assessed the damage and suggested a new one and quoted a reasonable amount for repair. He came the very next day to complete the job. It was done well and was a pleasure to work with. Would definitely recommend Atlas!!

Terrific experience with this company and the owner Chris. Easy to set up a cleaning and he was extremely knowledgeable. Did a great job cleaning the fireplace and checking our dryer vent. And on top of that he is such a nice person and a pleasure to be around. Great communication skills. Definitely recommend using them to clean your chimney. We live in the hill country so it's nice to be able to find reliable companies one can call year after year. Sherry/Tim.
