Chris and Brian are thorough, knowledgeable and professional. This is when you want the unvarnished truth because having our heads in the sand is just plain stupid when it comes to our chimneys. He promptly returned our call and scheduled an on-site visit where he performed a thorough inspection and provided a detailed estimate upon completion of the inspection. We called Atlas to come add a metal cap to our chimney. After thorough inspection, they noticed our firebox was damaged and needed to be replaced. They had to cut out a portion of our stone chimney from the back to install the new firebox and flue. After the install, they did an wonderful job rebuilding that portion of our chimney. Terrible experience. Left the fireplace dirty and soot stains on my rug. Scheduled an appointment for the owner, Christopher Hess, to come see my rug at 4:00 pm on 4/22/19 and he didn’t show up. Now he isn’t returning my calls.
Very professional and friendly service. I appreciated their time in showing me the damage done by the buildup of lint in my dryer vent. Would definitely use Chris again!!! Highly recommend!!!
Chris and his helper gave excellent service. Cleaned out chimney but more importantly cleaned out dryer vent. We are talking vent going up to second floor and into attic. Thing was completely clogged and they had a bit of a time with it, but all is well now! I highly recommend Atlas!
Chris and Walter came to our home to clean and seal our air ducts. Their professionalism and knowledge was well worth every penny.
Chris is knowledgeable and definitely an expert in his field. He called me in the right amount of time for me to go home from work and he was there waiting on me when I got there. Took him no time at all to fully clean things up. I barely noticed him there as I took work calls from home. I definitely recommend him especially if you need an inspection. Thanks Chris.
