Happy with the service I received.
I can't praise these guys highly enough. They arrived with a new TV for my 75-year-old brother who has dementia, and were calm, professional, smiling, quiet, and thorough. (I'd given them a head's-up about him.) They paired his existing remote so he wouldn't have to learn a new one. They removed his old TV and all their packaging. They really do go above and beyond with a smile. They're 100% Canadian and 100% local, I really recommend supporting them.
Highly recommend Atlas Audio Video Unlimited on Yates St. in Victoria. This is one of Victoria's long-standing audio stores and so no surprise that it had what I needed. Atlas stepped up immensely! We ordered a TV from another company that made it seem they would attach it to the wall. Well, not the case and we contacted Atlas. Same price, however, they installed, took away non working TV and took Mom's temporary TV back downstairs and set it up. They went above and beyond, highly recommend 👌
