All I can say is don't shop anywhere else. I'm a 65 year old widowed woman and my TV finally gave up the ghost. I looked at Best Buy, London Drugs, etc. etc. and a neighbour asked if I had looked at Atlas. The best thing I could have done. I had done my homework and knew pretty much what I wanted but still had quite a number of questions. I had a great experience there. I made an online inquiry for a top end Kanto PMX700 TV mount. Communication was quick and easy, the item was put on hold and Richard discounted the price to less than I could pick it up at other big box retailers. I communicated I was in a time crunch for the pickup on Monday morning. When I arrived, Richard, had the item ready, quickly, but accurately did the paperwork, and then thankfully helped me carry it to my vehicle.
