RecommendedI am not going to lie, i am not a big believer of holistic remedies. But this was really effective. I suffer from severe migraines (3-4 per month), along with bad allergies. I recently had Allergic Rhinitis (inflamation in the nose) which feels like the inside of your nostril is on fire every time i inhaled through my nose. Awesome! Like a breath of fresh air, so relaxing to sit and feel the salt around you. Bring a book, take a nap, you won’t regret it.
