Great place to take toddlers. Fun play room plus mom or dad gets added benefit of salt therapy and a lounge chair to chill. Joined last week with monthly membership. Can go twice a day for 45 minute sessions. Perfect amount of time with little ones. Air conditioned room so it's a nice alternative to a hot park. Next door to Fourth Generation Organic Market. I'm hoping this salt therapy will strengthen his immune system since my little one has been catching every cold. Will report back.

The experience in and out the cave is phenomenal. Doug and staff are outstanding at taking the time to listen at concerns and offer sound advise. It's been very beneficial for me treating asthma and sinuses conditions.
Atlantis Salt Cave is a relaxing experience. You will feel so calm rejuvenated after a session that a week-long vacation cannot compare to it. The staff is friendly and explain everything to you.
I was having a lot of anxiety so I figured I'd go there and try to relax for an hour. To my surprise not only did I relax but my anxiety went away. I slept better that night than I had in days. Going to go weekly now! 😴

What an amazing experience. I can't believe I hadn't discovered this place before. The staff, owner & even the son were so friendly and so knowledgeable about the health benefits of Himalayan salt. I even met and talked with guests that have seen an improvement in there heath. Even I with only one treatment noticed a difference. I will definitely go back. I even bought products to extend the benefits and treatment of this natural health benefit.
