Very bad experience with Atlantis Properties. 1 applied for an apartment in Belmont on Valerga Street. I paid $45 for my application and another $45 for my wife's application. The agent who showed us the apartment was rude and unprofessional from the beginning. The worst part was the application process. The staff that showed us a rental property was very rude, for no reason, and didn’t seem to be knowledgeable about our questions. For example, he didn’t know or didn’t care answering our question about which internet provider was available for the unit, and didn’t even show us the laundry room.
