The staff that showed us a rental property was very rude, for no reason, and didn’t seem to be knowledgeable about our questions. Atlantis Properties were extremely responsive to all of my questions and concerns. This was my first time moving out on my own and their staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Their website was also very easy to navigate, from submitting the application to paying the deposit. Overall, they made me feel well supported.
