Purchased a show model, which was then sold to somebody else with the understanding that they would order the exact same model for us. Well the model was different, did not include AC or the dining room bench instead of sliding glass doors. Their contractor for the steps could not build the steps in a reasonable amount of time, so we did them ourselves. Their electrical contractor could not do the electric in a reasonable amount of time, so we found a contractor cheaper!!!!!!!! They paid the contractor, and would not refun... read more
