This place is a disgrace if you go there with mental health issues which my friend did he was having psychosis he was just released from North brook today . If I could leave a zero I would leave a zero. I had a legitimate medical emergency.They're billing department is saying it's not an emergency and now the insurance will not cover it. You can't reach anyone in the billing department, without leaving a voicemail and hoping you can answer the phone when they call you back, otherwise you leave a message again and wait for another phone call in hopes you can answer.....No one was willing to discuss anything with you. They refused to call the insurance company back and discuss it ... read more
The nursing and staff were amazing the only thing I’d really say is the doctor himself could have had some bedside manner and a little more understanding when it comes to someone with anxiety and ptsd
