If I could leave a zero I would leave a zero. I had a legitimate medical emergency.They're billing department is saying it's not an emergency and now the insurance will not cover it. You can't reach anyone in the billing department, without leaving a voicemail and hoping you can answer the phone when they call you back, otherwise you leave a message again and wait for another phone call in hopes you can answer.....No one was willing to discuss anything with you.
