They will not answer the phone or voicemails left even in an emergency. I’ve been out of my psychiatric medication for over a week and every time I’ve gotten through to someone, even though they assured me that it would get sent to the pharmacy, they have dropped the ball every time. This has led to instability and emotional turmoil, and now I can’t even get through to the office. Use this place only as a last resort

I am a veteran with serious neurological disabilities and was admitted through the ER on Christmas Day. Neurology voluntarily asked if I wanted to speak with Mental Health due to how difficult my condition is to manage, and I agreed. After a long MRI, while still medicated and exhausted, psychiatrist Lisa A. Lindquist, DO entered my room and spoke in a dismissive manner, telling me to essentially “suck it up” and showing little understanding of how to speak to a veteran with complex neurological conditions.
