I visited this location on July 28 2025. I had a small dime size damage caused by a rock. I was completely disappointed in the condescending manner the attendant responded when asked a question about the process and his final answer about the damaged spot when he finished. The damaged spot looked no different than it did before the so called repair! When I question why it was still there he replied “we just guarantee they don’t crack” I reported this to my insurance and they approved a windshield replacement.
I went by to get several small chips repaired in my windshield. I was greeted and told I didnt have to exit my vehicle. I was told that my chips were not anything that would cause any issues but to give me a peace of mind he filled them! When I asked what I owed, he told me nothing. I said are you serious, and he stated come back when you have a real chip. I didnt get his name, but I am gonna refer to him as one of God's angels! I left feeling blessed! I had a small chip on my windshield and Allen was able to fix it! Service was quick and friendly! There is also a $10 discount if you pay with cash and it comes with a lifetime warranty.
