Atlantic Shores delivers on their promise of "comfort on demand." I called them at midnight (on a Saturday!), a technician was at my home within the hour, and the repair was completed within 30 minutes -- truly awesome service! My husband and I just want to say Thank you to the crew that replaced our air conditioner and all that went with it. It was during the heatwave at end of July and our old unit died. My hat's off to Hal Nystrom and the entire Atlantic Shores team! After several costly repairs to my home's existing HVAC system last year I chose to have a complete new high efficiency system installed and Hal came out personally to inspect my home and recommend the perfect system for my needs. Atlantic Shores is a family-owned business. My heat/ac broke the end of November, 2009. Purchasing a new unit was a big project for me and my family. Mr. Hal Nystrom, Vice President, personally visited my home in Virginia Beach and recommended a unit that would fit our needs. He was able to put us at ease and make this a relatively painless process. As promised, his staff was able to complete the installation just three days later. I have been dealing with Atlantic Shores for over 15 years. They are honest and will not rip you off. They just installed a split system heat pump for me and the technicians were very competent and polite. My dealer of choice.

I thank you and my children thank you. When it was 17 degrees and the snow was falling my company wouldn't return my calls. Atlantic Shores Heating and Cooling, is hands down the best company in regards to quality and customer care, they are a family business and definitely treat you like family I would recommend them to anyone.
