I had three quotes on a new Trane 20 Seer dual fuel with wi fi thermostats and a 14 Seer package heat pump there price was not the highest or the lowest but I felt the best value Hal & the Installers did a super job made me feel like comfortable with leaving them in the house.

This company is FANTASTIC. We have a York Affinity heating/cooling system, and apparently there are a limited number of dealers and repair services in our area that work on them. Although they were booked on a Friday, I called them and they scheduled an appointment for today and let me know the technician would be here between 8-9am. He was here at 815. He called me when he was standing outside of our front door, wore surgical boot covers to keep from getting the floors dirty, and was 100% courteous and explanatory in what h... read more

Thanks to Hal and the Atlantic Shores team for the professional job done on the .install of my new Heating and AC System. I knew my old system was on it's last legs, being I got 23 years service out of it.. After getting a number of quotes from different companies in the Virginia Beach area, I went with Atlantic Shores due to the fact that they had the best warranty and best price. Myself and the Inspector was impressed with quality of install. Tim Borror

Beware that this company charges double other HVAC companies in the area. I would recommend going with other more reasonably priced companies that do not price gouge. My AC unit need a new capacitor and they charged me $135 on top of the $86 service charge. I did research online and called other companies in the area, and they all told me that capacitor costs between $15-30 and the service with them would have been no more than $150 total including the part and labor/service charge. Great service, very professional. Jeffrey fixed my problem in about 15 minutes. $87 mandatory payment ("diagnostic fee"). Total bill was $216 for a new capacitor. Now I'm chillin again.

The heater HSI burned out during the previous evening and I awoke to 58 F degree temps! I called Atlantic Shore at 7:30am and they had a proffesional there at 9:30am. I was extremely happy with the on call emergency service on a Sunday. The technician arrived right on time, and had the unit repaired within 15 mins. I would recommend these professionals to anyone! If you have a heating issue, these are the guys to call! Thanks for the fantastic service Atlantic Shores!

Hal and his team are awesome. After a very hot summer with no a/c and many company's failing to keep their scheduled appointments Hal came to the rescue. Hal arrived on time, was very professional, honest and competent. Hal was true to his word, completed the job in a timely manner and followed up with me to ensure I fully understood the new system. Would recommend Hal and his team to anyone.
