I completed TMS today, and I want to thank the entire staff for every step in the process. Rose was fantastic at getting me scheduled, coordinated, and cared for. Adria always ensured I felt safe and comfortable, and has a positive and welcoming personality. Dr. Jacobson was honest, knowledgeable and supportive through the process. And the receptionist has been always been punctual and kind. Everyone’s demeanor truly made me feel positive and calm from start to finish. I had a pleasant experience and would recommend.

Jennifer Raymond is an amazing and compassionate provider. She doesn’t just prescribe medications, she takes the time to really understand your story. I always feel that she sees the whole person, not just the diagnosis. Her approach is thoughtful, holistic, and genuinely caring, and it makes a huge difference in the quality of care she provides.
I went to see Dr. Marcel at the Melbourne office and I will never return. Starting off I expressed my anxiety when seeing a psychiatrist because I’ve had bad experiences in the past. He didn’t really acknowledge that, but I thought he just didn’t want to waste time. We get to talking about the medication and he gives me little to no details on it.
