Jennifer Raymond is an amazing and compassionate provider. She doesn’t just prescribe medications, she takes the time to really understand your story. I always feel that she sees the whole person, not just the diagnosis. Her approach is thoughtful, holistic, and genuinely caring, and it makes a huge difference in the quality of care she provides.
I went to see Dr. Marcel at the Melbourne office and I will never return. Starting off I expressed my anxiety when seeing a psychiatrist because I’ve had bad experiences in the past. He didn’t really acknowledge that, but I thought he just didn’t want to waste time. We get to talking about the medication and he gives me little to no details on it. UPDATED: I've been a patient here for over four years. I'm thankful for the finally having a great psychiatrist, Dr Jacobson, to manage my mental health meds. He's direct and easy to communicate with. He immediately responded to a diagnosis from my psychologist and switched my meds to specifically address my identified needs. I always trust him to answer questions about any potential impact when new meds are added by any of my oher providers. I have to counter a very good friends 5 star review of Dr Jacobson and Tydings from a year ago. Since she has been seeing these 2 she is not the same person she was. She thinks she is better but is not. She was put on some VERY heavy duty drugs which make her forgetful. They have also changed her where she has lost her moral compass.
