The service department is very knowledgeable, and honest! Could have sold me more than I needed when my motor was noisy on my pool, but instead of trying to sell me a new motor, the tech told me it was just the impeller! They built my pool, and any questions or concerns that I have had, they have always been there to help. I would recommend Atlantic Pools to any of my friends!
Atlantic Pools and Spas built my pool over 14 years ago and they did an awesome job. I have used them for service and shop in the store on a regular basis. The store personnel is kind and very knowledgeable. The service guys have saved me money on several occasions by doing only what was necessary, not what I requested. Awesome people to work with.

The owner committed to us that our pool would be completed in 6 weeks - it took 9 months with no apologies or reasons. They often just didn't show up for weeks after they dug a hole in our backyard. The quality of products and workmanship was so poor, I had to hire another pool company, Franklin Pools, to correct Atlantic Pools mistakes. Atlantic Pools would not honor their warranty until I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint.
