What restaurant at the Atlantic Palace is closed for the season. So you have to go out to get food.
The room was much nicer than I expected, considering the hotel lobby appearance and 2 of 3 elevators weren't working. I booked 2 consecutive reservations, and they made it seem like I would be able to stay in the same room. However, that didn't happen, and it didn't seem like they even wanted to try after I was already checked in. The staff was nice just not helpful. UPDATE Finally able to pay my bill on line and they have a late fee prepopulated in the checkout. My payment is not late. How many people just "pay' the total not realizing that a late fee is prepopulated? This should be against the law. I was able to delete it but many others just pay what it says they owe without realizing an automatic late fee is charged unless you delete it...even if your payment is weeks early. Also, I am still waiting for a call back from Fantasea Suites . I was promised a call back...never got one. UP... read more
